Congratulations to Liam C - making Nationals

Liam is CoStA's first National swimmer. Swimming at Crawly LC spring open this weekend Liam swam a 1.04.84 to qualify for the 100m Fly at this summers BAGCAT National Championships to be held in Sheffield in July. We would also like to congratulate Stewart, our Headcoach, for his hard work in helping Liam get there! Well done to you both.

Herts Couties - We come 5th overall

Well done CoStA! The Combined Team Scores sheet have been published and we are the 5th placed club in the Championships this year. As we were 9th last year that is a really great improvement. Well done to the coaching team and all the swimmers.

Tom gets PB at the Aquatic Centre

Congratulations to Tom Hempenstall on getting to the British Gas Swimming Championships 2012 (Selection Trials) and setting a long course personal best time of 2.30.31 for the 200m Free. Tom is our first swimmer to make a National event and our first swimmer in the Olympic Pool! Very well done Tom.

Piers Watford - Vasen Trophy (Boy who has improved most during the year)
Ellie Hall - Baxter Cup (Girl who has improved most during the year)
Stephen Egenes/Monica Ong - Ron Berryman Trophy for Endeavour (Boy & Girl who try hardest in training and at galas, not necessarily the best swimmers in the club)
